These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Marler Executive Travel. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, website, or an approved booking platform.
A booking is considered confirmed once confirmation has been issued by Marler Executive Travel.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including:
Pick-up location
Destination
Date and time
Passenger numbers
Flight details (for airport transfers)
Contact details
Luggage requirements
Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or additional charges.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£).
Prices are based on the details provided at the time of booking. Any changes may result in additional charges.
We accept:
Debit & Credit Cards
Bank Transfers
Cash (by prior arrangement)
Card payments in vehicle
Payment Terms:
Airport transfers may require payment in advance.
Event bookings require a deposit to secure the booking.
Corporate clients may be invoiced subject to agreement.
Additional charges may apply for:
Waiting time
Additional stops
Route changes
60 minutes complimentary waiting time is included after flight landing.
Flights are monitored where flight details are provided.
Waiting beyond the free period will be charged at:
£35.00 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments).
15 minutes complimentary waiting time is included.
Additional waiting time will be charged at:
£35.00 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments).
Where flight details are provided, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pick-up times accordingly.
If incorrect flight details are supplied, waiting time charges may apply.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up — No Charge
Cancellations made within 24 hours — 100% of fare may apply
Event bookings require a deposit
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 100% of the booking
A No-Show occurs when:
The passenger fails to meet the driver
The passenger cannot be contacted
The passenger does not arrive within the waiting period
No-Shows will be charged at 100% of the booked fare.
For safety and comfort:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited
Alcohol consumption is not permitted unless agreed in advance
Passengers must behave respectfully
Damage caused to vehicles will be charged to the booking customer.
A minimum cleaning charge of £75 may apply in cases of:
Spillage
Excessive mess
Sickness
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Child seats must be requested at the time of booking.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse travel if safety is compromised.
Customers must inform us of luggage requirements at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse excess luggage that cannot be safely accommodated.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage unless caused by proven negligence.
We aim to provide a punctual and reliable service at all times.
However, Marler Executive Travel is not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic congestion
Road closures
Accidents
Weather conditions
Mechanical issues
Events beyond our control
Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time.
Liability is limited to the value of the booked journey.
Drivers will use the most suitable route based on traffic and road conditions.
Additional stops or journey changes may result in extra charges.
Event bookings require a deposit to secure the vehicle.
Minimum booking durations may apply.
Additional time beyond the agreed booking period will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Parking and waiting charges during events will be added to the final invoice.
Meet & Greet services include a driver waiting inside the terminal with a name board.
Airport parking charges are included.
Customers must provide accurate flight details.
We shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Industrial action
Major road incidents
Customer information is stored securely and used only for booking and operational purposes.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
We comply with UK GDPR regulations.
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your journey.

We aim to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
Passengers behave in an abusive or threatening manner
Safety is compromised
These Terms & Conditions are breached
Marler Executive Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
